BREEDER’S CUP SUCCESS

An amazing run of long shots hitting the board at the 2011 Breeder’s Cup Championships did not prevent Thoroughbred Analytics from posting remarkable performances this past weekend.

Breeder’s Cup Classic victor DROSSELMEYER paid almost 15 to 1, and TA had the fast-closing Distorted Humor colt ranked second in the deep
field of 12 contenders. RULER ON ICE, ranked third in the TA Premium Analysis, finished third in the BC Classic as predicted at odds of 17 to 1.

The TA Premium Analysis also ranked HANSEN first in the 1 1/16th mile Juvenile, HANSEN beat odds-on favorite UNION RAGS in a thrilling photo finish to reward TA players with a win payout of better than 7 to 1. The TA analysis also selected the correct second-place finisher for an exacta payout of $46.20.

BC Marathon champion AFLEET AGAIN surprised many with his 41 to 1 upset, but not the TA Premium Analysis. TA ranked AFLEET AGAIN second in the opening BC race Saturday. Two races later, second-rated FORCE FREZE barely missed the win in the BC Sprint at 6.90 to 1.

COURT VISION pulled off the 64-to-1 upset in the BC Mile, but the TA Premium Analysis had runner-up TURALLURE right there, ranked second in the 13-horse field at 11 to 1. TURALLURE paid $10 to place.

Thoroughbred Analytics players also cashed with top-ranked SECRET CIRCLE, who scored in the BC Juvenile Sprint. TA ran the table in the BC Juvenile Fillies, as top-three ranked MY MISS AURELIA, GRACE HALL and WEEMISSFRANKIE completed a $101.20 trifecta.

The TA Premium Analysis correctly predicted MISTER MARTI GRAS at $7.80 in the Grade 3 Ack Ack Stakes. The analysis also nailed the Jimmy V. Stakes, where first- and second-ranked WINE POLICE and WILL’S WILDCAT combined for a $49 exacta payoff.
